Founder of Tawazun Health and Medical Director, Louise has over 35-years experience working in the Healthcare Industry in UK and elsewhere in the world, including Europe, Middle East and Australia. She was awarded the title Hepatology Nurse of the Year in 2018 by the British Journal of Nursing.
A qualified nurse with a Masters Degree in Advanced Practice, Louise has a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare industry and designed and developed the largest FibroScan® service in the NHS delivering world leading patient care and research. The award by the British Journal of Nursing in 2018 was in recognition of Louise’s contributions to liver nursing over many years, where her innovation and evidence-based practice has had a significant impact on patient care.
In recent years Louise has become one of the world’s leading exponents of FibroScan® technology for early intervention in the areas of liver related conditions, type-2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, enabling individuals, physicians and healthcare professionals to make superior health and lifestyle choices. Louise personally completed in excess of 1300 FibroScan® exams last year, so making her also one of the world’s leading clinical operators in this field.
Louise is passionate about allowing individuals direct access to FibroScan® technology to identify early warnings about their well being through the non-invasive examination of their liver and to make the appropriate personal health and lifestyle choices.

Mark Endersby – CEO and Finance Director
Mark has a Degree in Economics and following a stint working in the City as an Investment Analyst in the late 1980’s he then trained and qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen, one of the world’s leading practices at that time. During the five years spent with Arthur Andersen Mark gained high level experience with some of the world’s largest companies and developed an expertise in trading businesses in distress and corporate re-organisations.
After qualifying Mark has pursued an entrepreneurial career in a multitude of businesses in a wide variety of industry sectors, including Business Finance, Property Development, Property Investment, Construction, Plant Hire, Sports Stadium Management and now in Healthcare. As variously a Business Owner, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Finance Director, Mark’s experience and expertise is wide ranging and well suited to the demands of developing Tawazun Health. His experience is not confined to the UK and he currently has business interests in UK, Europe, Far East and Australia, where he is a permanent resident.
Mark shares Louise’s passion to ultimately make Fibroscan exams available to populations throughout the globe in a cost effective manner so that individuals can make superior health and lifestyle choices in relation to their liver to reduce early mortality and live longer, healthier and happier lives.
Ray Thomas – Commercial Director
Ray has worked for 35 years within the marketing sector and has naturally progressed to creating new overseas markets for his clients. More recently he has added to his professional offering by entering the innovation and environmental investment sector, where he has raised substantial funding.
Having spent the last decade working in Australia, he has built an impressive global business network across, Australia, Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe and the UK.
His dealings have involved national and local government departments, business leaders in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, aviation, leisure, innovation, finance and the environmental sector.
